Week 7: In the family

Cesar Millan, the dog whisperer, has a show about being “Leader of the pack.” Are the skills needed to be a leader of the pack different to being a leader in the rest of family life?

I talk about Cesar Millan because he has a great show about Leadership and it interests me. Not necessarily, the leader does not necessarily change how he would act or lead if it is either the pack or his family. The acts of leadership are the same for both the pack and the family, which include: finding food for them, have a shelter, giving clothes to them, make sure they are both safe, and being a trusty and respectful leader to all. Being a leader is having a lot of responsibility because you are not just looking out for your family but you are also looking out for your country or pack and by being kind to everyone, and making sure every one is safe. Like Barack Obama is being a good leader in having responsibility in protecting our country and insuring the safety of others. This is why people made presidents for safety and health for our country.
